• Agrawal Production House is the exclusive owner and organizer of Gwalior Couture Fashion Week (GCFW), India’s Top Model (ITM), India's Greatest talent Show, MP Greatest Talent Show, and Gujarat Greatest Talent Show. By registering or participating in any of the events conducted by the organization, the applicant agrees to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. अधिकार एवं संशोधन (Rights & Modifications)

• The organization reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions, event structure, rules, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

2. कार्यक्रम में परिवर्तन (Event Changes)

• Agrawal Production House holds full right to change, modify, reschedule, or shift the venue, dates, or event schedule at any time without any prior intimation to participants.

​

• In case any event is postponed or rescheduled, all updates and relevant information will be made available on our official website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for the latest updates.

3. चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Process)

• The decision of the organization regarding the applicant’s eligibility, shortlisting, and final selection shall be final and binding. No queries, disputes, or objections regarding the outcome will be entertained.

4. कंटेंट उपयोग (Use of Content)

• By participating, contestants grant Agrawal Production House a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to use their photographs, videos, and personal details for:

• Marketing & promotions

• Social media & digital campaigns

• Future event promotions

• No compensation (monetary or otherwise) shall be provided for such usage.

5. पंजीकरण एवं शुल्क (Registration & Fees)

• India’s Top Model (ITM): ₹999 + GST

• India’s Greatest Talent Show:

• Solo: ₹999 + GST

• Duo: ₹1499 + GST

• Trio: ₹1999 + GST

• Group of 5: ₹3499 + GST

• Group (8–10 members): ₹4999 + GST

• Once shortlisted, contestants must pay an Enrolment Fee, which includes:
  Accommodation, Meals, Coaching, Promotion, Costumes, Makeover, and Professional Portfolio.

​

• Note: Accommodation, Costumes, Makeover, and Professional Portfolio are applicable only for India’s Top Model candidates.

​

6. रिफंड नीति (Refund Policy)

• All fees paid are Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable under any circumstances.

​

7. पहचान एवं पात्रता (Identity & Eligibility)

• Participants must provide valid proof of identity and age, such as:
  Passport, Birth Certificate, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc.

​

8. अनुबंध घोषणा (Declaration of Existing Contracts)

• Applicants must disclose any existing agreements or contracts with modeling agencies at the time of audition.

​

9. विवाद समाधान (Dispute Resolution)

• Any dispute arising shall be resolved through a sole arbitrator appointed by the organizers.

​

• Jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall lie exclusively with the competent courts of Madhya Pradesh, having jurisdiction over the area bearing PIN code 476337.

10. दायित्व अस्वीकरण (Disclaimer & Liability)

• The organization shall not be held liable if the event is postponed, cancelled, or delayed due to circumstances beyond its control.

• Agrawal Production House shall not be responsible for any financial loss, property damage, injury, or accident during participation or event activities.
